Every Pure Maxx vial features a unique QR code. Navigate to the Verify section in the top menu and use your camera to scan the code. Authentic products will display a verification success message and link directly to the corresponding lab test report.

We provide flat-rate shipping of RM 8.00 in Peninsular Malaysia and RM 20.00 for Sabah/Sarawak. Free shipping is only provided when an active voucher grants it. Our shipping fee is a comprehensive charge that includes premium insulated packaging, facility processing & handling, administrative logistics support, and standard courier transit fees.

Yes. Every order includes a base of 1 Laboratory Dispensing Syringe and 2 Isopropyl Cleaning Swabs for free. For every RM 1,000.00 in subtotal, we add an additional 1 Syringe and 1 Swab automatically.
