Partner terms
The agreement between Pure Maxx and a partner.
Version 2026-10-v5
1. About these terms
These terms are the agreement between you and Pure Maxx (“we”, “us”) for the Pure Maxx partner programme. You accept them when you submit a partner application, and your application records the version you accepted.
Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy still apply to your own account and orders. Where they and these terms disagree about the programme, these terms apply.
In these terms, a “referred customer” is an account created with your referral code, an “order” is an order placed with Pure Maxx, and an “approved partner” is a partner whose application we have approved and whose partner account is not suspended or ended.
2. Who can apply
Individuals aged 18 or over who are tax resident in Malaysia or Singapore, and businesses registered in Singapore. You state your country of tax residency on the application; we do not decide it from your nationality. One partner account per person or business.
- Tax resident in Malaysia: a MyKad, an LHDN tax identification number (TIN) and a Malaysian bank account in your own name.
- Tax resident in Singapore: your name and number as on your NRIC, FIN or passport, your date of birth, and a mobile number registered with PayNow in your own name.
- A Singapore business: its registered name and UEN, a contact person aged 18 or over, and a Singapore bank account in the business name.
If your country of tax residency changes, tell us before the next payout.
You must be a Pure Maxx customer: at least one paid order on your account before you apply. Applications from accounts with no paid order are declined.
Pure Maxx employees and their household members cannot join. Nobody earns commission on their own purchases.
Everything in your application must be true and complete. We may decline any application without giving a reason, and may ask for proof of identity or of bank account ownership at any time.
3. Your status
You act as an independent referrer. You are not our employee, agent, distributor or representative. You cannot make promises, accept orders or take payments on our behalf.
You pay your own costs of promoting. Neither side is exclusive: you may promote other businesses, and we may work with other partners. We do not guarantee any level of earnings.
4. How a customer is linked to you
A customer is linked to you only when they create their Pure Maxx account with your code, by entering it at sign-up or by opening your invite link before signing up. The link is made once, at sign-up, and stays with that account.
A code cannot be added to an account after sign-up, moved from one partner to another, or applied to someone who was already a customer. Recommending Pure Maxx to someone who then signs up without your code earns nothing.
Each customer can be linked to one referrer only. Our records decide who referred whom.
5. What commission is paid on
- 20% of a referred customer’s first paid order.
- 10% of each later paid order from that customer, for as long as you remain an approved partner and the programme runs.
A customer’s “first paid order” is their first order that was fully paid and not later cancelled or refunded, whenever it was placed. If a referred customer already had a paid order before you were approved, their later orders earn the 10% rate.
Commission is earned on an order only if it becomes fully paid while you are an approved partner. Orders fully paid before your approval, or after your partner account is suspended or ends, earn nothing. A pre-order paid by deposit earns commission when its balance is paid.
Commission is worked out on the order subtotal after vouchers and discounts, excluding shipping, fees and taxes. Paying with store credit does not reduce it. Amounts are in ringgit, rounded to the nearest sen.
No commission is paid on your own orders, on orders from accounts you control, or twice on the same goods when orders are combined into one shipment.
6. From pending to approved
New commission is pending. It is approved 14 days after the order is marked delivered. If an order is never marked delivered, its commission stays pending until it is, or until the order is cancelled or refunded.
We may hold any commission for review. While it is held we may ask you for information; if you do not reply within 14 days, we may reject it. A person reviews every hold and you are told the outcome.
If an order is cancelled, refunded or charged back, its commission is reversed. If only part of an order is refunded, we may reduce the commission to match what the customer kept. If the commission was already paid, the amount is clawed back as set out in section 7.
7. How you are paid
Payouts are made monthly, on the 1st of the month or the next working day. A payout is made only when your approved balance is RM 100 or more. A smaller balance is carried forward in full until it reaches RM 100. Nothing is forfeited by waiting.
We pay only into the account given in your application, after checking the name the bank or payment system holds for it:
- in Malaysia, your Malaysian bank account, by DuitNow or bank transfer;
- in Singapore, the PayNow mobile number in your own name, by DuitNow to PayNow from Malaysia;
- for a Singapore business, its Singapore bank account, by international bank transfer.
A change of payout account must be checked again before the next payout. A payout sent to the account you gave us counts as paid; we are not responsible for loss caused by wrong details you provided.
Commission is owed and paid in ringgit. A payout to Singapore arrives in Singapore dollars at the exchange rate the transfer service applies on the day. Transfer services set daily limits, so a large payout may be sent over more than one day.
No interest is paid on any balance. Each payout is listed in your dashboard with its reference.
Clawed-back commission is deducted from your balance. If your balance stays below zero for 60 days, or your partner account ends with a balance below zero, you must repay that amount within 30 days of our written request.
8. Tax
Commission is your income, or your business’s. You are responsible for declaring it and paying any tax on it in the country where you are tax resident.
We may report payments to LHDN where Malaysian law requires, including by Form CP58 and by self-billed e-invoices. If Malaysian law requires us to withhold tax from a payment, for example to a partner who is not tax resident in Malaysia, we will deduct only the amount the law requires, tell you, and give you proof that it was paid to LHDN. We give you a yearly statement of commission paid.
9. How you may promote Pure Maxx
You may share your code and invite link with people you know, in your own posts, and in groups whose rules allow it. When you share them, say that you earn commission from purchases made with your code.
Describe our products the way we do: research compounds for laboratory research use only.
You must not:
- refer yourself, your household, or any account you control, or create or encourage fake or duplicate accounts;
- give a customer any part of your commission, or pay or reward anyone for signing up or ordering;
- make any health, treatment, dosing or human or animal use claim about any product;
- promise prices, discounts, stock, delivery times or test results that are not on our website;
- make claims about how much people can earn as a partner;
- pretend to be Pure Maxx or our staff, or use our name or logo except unaltered, to identify us;
- bid on “Pure Maxx” or similar terms in paid search, or register domains, social accounts or apps that use our name or something confusingly like it;
- send unsolicited bulk messages, use bought or scraped contact lists, or post where a platform or group does not allow it;
- promote to anyone under 18, or do anything that breaks the law of Malaysia or of the country you are in.
10. If these rules are broken
We may hold, reject or reverse any commission we reasonably believe is linked to a breach of these terms, fraud or abuse. To find self-referrals we compare signals such as phone numbers, delivery addresses, devices and networks between partners and customers.
For a serious or repeated breach we may suspend or end your partner account immediately, and any unpaid commission linked to the breach is forfeited. Where commission was obtained by fraud, we may also recover commission already paid on it.
11. Ending the arrangement
You may leave the programme at any time by emailing [email protected]. We may end your partner account, or close the programme, with 30 days’ notice by email for any reason, or immediately under section 10.
If your partner account ends other than for a breach: commission still pending keeps approving under section 6, and all approved commission is paid at the next payout after it is approved, even if it is below RM 100.
Once it ends, your code earns no further commission. Customers linked to you stay linked to you, but their orders earn nothing.
Sections 7, 8, 10, 12, 13 and 15 to 17 continue to apply after the arrangement ends.
12. Customer privacy
Your dashboard shows each referred customer’s first name, the date they joined, and the order numbers and commission linked to them. It does not show what they bought, their contact details or their address.
Use this only to follow your commission. Do not contact customers using it, share it, or sell it, and do not collect customers’ personal data on our behalf. You must handle any personal data you hold in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (in Singapore, also the Personal Data Protection Act 2012).
13. Your data
Your identity, tax and payout details (in Malaysia, your MyKad number, TIN and bank details) are collected to verify your identity, pay you and meet Malaysian tax reporting (including self-billed e-invoices where required). Account and PayNow numbers, MyKad numbers and TINs are stored encrypted; all of these details are seen only by Pure Maxx staff who approve and pay partners, kept for seven years after your last payout as tax law requires, and never sold or shared for marketing. See the Privacy Policy for your rights under the PDPA.
For partners in Singapore we collect your NRIC, FIN or passport number, which is needed to verify with certainty who we pay, with your date of birth and your PayNow number, or for a business its UEN and bank account. ID and PayNow numbers are stored encrypted and seen only by the staff who approve and pay partners. We handle this data in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 as well.
14. Changes to these terms
We may change rates or these terms with 30 days’ notice by email. If you keep taking part after the change takes effect, you accept it. If you do not accept it, you may leave under section 11.
Orders fully paid before a change takes effect earn commission under the terms in force when they were paid.
15. Questions and disputes
Raise any question about a commission or payout by email to [email protected], with the order number or payout reference, within 60 days of it appearing in your dashboard, or of the date you expected it. We reply within 14 days. After 60 days the entry is treated as accepted, unless it contains an obvious error.
Our order and payment records decide amounts and dates, unless they are shown to be wrong.
Before either side starts legal proceedings, both sides will try in good faith for 30 days to settle the matter.
16. Liability
The programme, your code and the dashboard are provided as they are. We do not promise they will always be available or error-free.
We are not liable for indirect loss or for earnings you expected to make. Our total liability to you in connection with the programme is limited to commission properly owed to you and not yet paid. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Malaysian law does not allow to be limited.
You are responsible for what you post and send. You will cover our losses, fines and reasonable costs arising from claims caused by your breach of these terms or of the law.
17. General
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction.
These terms are the whole agreement about the programme and replace earlier versions for orders fully paid after this version takes effect. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term at once does not waive it.
You may not transfer your partner account or these terms to anyone else. We may transfer them to whoever takes over the Pure Maxx business.
We send notices to the email address on your application. Send notices to us at [email protected]. If these terms are translated, the English version applies.
