I expressly acknowledge and agree that all materials, compounds, chemical substances, reagents, peptides, research products, and related items made available by Pure Maxx are supplied strictly and exclusively for legitimate laboratory research purposes conducted within controlled, non-clinical, non-therapeutic environments by individuals or entities possessing appropriate scientific knowledge, technical proficiency, regulatory awareness, and laboratory infrastructure.

These materials are intended solely for investigational, analytical, and experimental research applications. They have not been evaluated, certified, licensed, registered, authorized, or approved by any governmental authority, regulatory body, health agency, medical board, or oversight institution for clinical, therapeutic, diagnostic, veterinary, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, commercial, or consumer use. No representation is made as to safety, efficacy, dosage, stability, or suitability for any purpose other than lawful laboratory research.

I expressly recognize, acknowledge, and agree that these products are not for human consumption of any kind, nor for personal use, self-administration, bodily introduction, injection, ingestion, inhalation, transdermal application, performance enhancement, medical treatment, disease mitigation, cosmetic application, veterinary application, or any form of physiological or biological administration under any circumstances. Any deviation from legitimate laboratory research parameters constitutes misuse and is undertaken entirely outside the scope of Pure Maxx’s intended distribution framework.

I further acknowledge and affirm that I bear sole, exclusive, absolute, and non-delegable responsibility for ensuring full compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws, statutes, ordinances, import/export controls, customs regulations, scientific standards, institutional policies, ethical guidelines, and regulatory frameworks governing the acquisition, possession, storage, transfer, handling, transportation, disposal, and utilization of such materials. I affirm that I possess the requisite expertise, institutional affiliation where required, laboratory equipment, containment protocols, and professional competency necessary to manage such materials safely and lawfully within a structured research setting.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I agree that Pure Maxx, including but not limited to its owners, affiliates, parent entities, subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents, employees, contractors, representatives, successors, and assigns, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, statutory, regulatory, punitive, or economic damages arising from or related to the purchase, acquisition, importation, possession, storage, redistribution, misapplication, improper use, regulatory non-compliance, laboratory error, contamination, third-party interference, or any utilization inconsistent with the expressly designated research purpose of its products.

I expressly waive any claim arising from dissatisfaction, research outcome, expected result, experimental failure, customs seizure, regulatory action, shipping delay, third-party misconduct, or misuse by myself or others.

I further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pure Maxx and its associated parties from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, investigations, liabilities, damages, penalties, forfeitures, fines, administrative actions, regulatory sanctions, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and enforcement costs) arising out of or relating to my actions, omissions, negligence, misuse, misrepresentation, non-compliance, redistribution, unlawful importation, or application of these materials in any manner contrary to their stated research designation or in violation of applicable law.

I knowingly, voluntarily, and irrevocably assume all risks associated with the acquisition, handling, storage, and experimental use of these materials. I acknowledge that laboratory research inherently carries risk and that any deviation from proper scientific protocol or intended research scope is undertaken solely at my own discretion and responsibility.
